Ah! Its The Case of the Sleeping Chronicles

There is a period of time where it takes me a bit of effort to get Sonny out of bed in the morning(I'm sure this is very similar between parents and their children)especially with Day Light Savers disappearing more every day. Either Sonny is super lazy, or it just throws off his internal clock. With that being said, he just LOVES sleeping with me on my bed every night.

As my move into my new apartment is nearing, I am in much need of an updated bedset. This bed frame has to also be Sonny appropriate. As I looked at our warehouse, I quickly set my eyes on the Baxton Studio Montserrat Black Wood 5-Piece Modern Bedroom Set.

Furnishing Wonder Woman's Apartment

It is hard to get more iconic than Wonder Women and most people are not willing to romp around in tights and a whip to reach such status.

Hands down, the best part about Wonder Women (besides her hair) is her invisible jet. My personal theory on this is that she didn't want to be out shined by her surroundings and the only way to truly achieve this is to make it invisible!

On that note, when ever I pass one of our "invisible" clear acrylic items in our Chicago Furniture Outlet I think about Wonder Women and her jet. If wonder women had a modern fabulous apartment in the city, how would she furnish it? So I ran around the outlet store snapping some shots of what I would image she would purchase for her space.

 Everyone wants to party with Wonder Women, and she knows it, what home bar is complete with out a few clear acrylic bar stools.

 Ok, I know this chair is not completely invisible and she may have to compete for the lime light but every spandex wearing super hero wants to plop down in a comfy chair after a long night of fighting crime.

Maybe we can't all as wonderful as Wonder Women but our spaces can be a little cooler with some acrylic furniture.

Wednesday's Trend Spotter: Dining Chairs

Since the first day these chairs were on the outlet floor I have been in love with them. Now it seems everyone else is too! The Philippa and Pearsall Dining Chairs live up to their sophisticated names. Both in a beige linen with button tufting, these chairs can class up any room.

Above, The Pearsall Beige Linen Dining Chair is a beautiful parsons chair style with lovely button tufted backrests and neutral light beige linen upholstery. I love the new items we have been getting in. These Kitchen Carts are super popular with our staff right now. They are perfect to use in a dining room if you need extra serving space. Because they are on wheels, you can put them where ever they are needed. I wish I had a bigger kitchen because I would use on as a movable island. Fall Favorites

I am in love with browns and beige this fall. I wear it and now I want it all around me! I picked out some of my fall favorites. While they can all be either used as dining chairs or accent chairs they are all very different. The beige tufted chair is wonderfully formal but so comfortable, the brown accent chair is simple but the chrome base adds a nice flare and the twill modern chair is hands down my favorite. I love it's modern style and the contrast of the twill fabric and wood legs. I can easily picture it in my living room.
