We are now hiring! Office Support & Marketing Assistant: Must be Able to Wear Multiple Hats

Looking for an office support who is flexible and able to handle different projects. Half of the time, this position is for order processing, which could be repetitive and requires high accuracy; and the other half of the time this position is for all kinds of projects that require creativity, flexibility and the willingness to learn new things.

Job Responsibilities:
Daily order processing from multiple ecommerce platforms to local order management system;
Update ecommerce platform with order status reports;
Generate daily order summary and status reports;
Assist various marketing projects, including working on company social media accounts;
Assist basic website maintenance;
Manage and maintain inventory spreadsheets;
Ad hoc operations projects.

Minimum 2 years working experience required;
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
Knowledge and experience with PhotoShop, HTML and social media highly preferred.

This position started as a paid internship we posted in  the Chicago area. Now it is a full-time position that is salaried with benefits. Salary for this position equals $12/hour.
