Leather sleeper sofa $457 floor model

This is a great smaller loveseat sleeper sofa. When we bought it we thought it would be good for a den or loft. Places where space is tight. It's u. Bonded leather and has a mattress. This sofa bed reminds me if sleeping over at friends houses when I was a little kid.

Grey fabric floor model sofa for under $400

It's a nice slipcover modern contemporary sofa that's been sitting out there for a while so the price has been dropping. I don't know why there are brown pillows on it but they do come with. Hopefully we have another clearance sale in our Chicago furniture warehouse and it moves out of here!

We have a bunch of wood y chairs sitting by our warehouse door. These mid century modern classics have been hanging out here for a while but we are getting interested in moving them. There is black and natural and we carry a few other colors new if you are interested.

There are more than enough for a lobby or for around a dining table.

This looked like such a cool project that I'm going to do it.  We get left over leather from either samples or chair or sofas that we end up throwing out.  If someone wants some extra leather (small quantities, maybe for two books) I'd trade the leather for pictures of you doing the project so I can post them here.  I'm going to do it, maybe I'll do it here on a Saturday when the store is open.
